Each family shirt is made especially for your celebration.

Current processing time is up to 14 business days before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

If you need your shirts by a specific date, please include your Need By Date when ordering. While rush requests cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your celebration whenever possible.

If ordering multiple shirts, please provide the relationship title and corresponding size for each shirt.

Please carefully verify all selections before submitting your order. Custom items cannot be changed once production begins.

If any design materials require substitution, coordinating elements will always be selected to maintain the Once Upon a Princess color palette and overall boutique aesthetic.
